Refund & Cancellation Policy

This application functions only as a technology platform and does not collect, hold, process, or disburse chit fund money.
The platform does not act as a foreman, financial intermediary, or payment custodian.

Chit Fund Payments & Contributions

Any payments related to:

  • Chit subscriptions
  • Monthly contributions
  • Auction settlements
  • Dividends or payouts

are not collected or processed by the platform.

Accordingly:

  • The platform does not issue refunds for such payments
  • All refunds, cancellations, or reversals are the sole responsibility of the respective chit operator, leader, or organization
  • Users must contact the concerned operator directly for financial disputes or settlements.

Platform Fees (If Applicable)

If the platform charges any technology or service fees:

  • Fees apply only for access to platform services
  • Once the service is activated, fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Account deletion or cancellation does not automatically entitle users to a refund of platform fees already paid

Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of payment.

Cancellation of Platform Usage

Users may stop using the platform at any time.
However, cancellation or deletion of a platform account does not cancel or terminate:

  • Chit memberships
  • Financial commitments
  • Obligations with chit operators or leaders

Such matters must be resolved directly with the concerned parties..

Failed or Disputed Transactions

For issues related to:

  • Payment failures
  • Delayed transactions
  • Technical payment errors

The platform’s role is limited to:

  • Providing available system logs or transaction references
  • Coordinating with third-party payment service providers, where applicable

The platform is not liable for failures originating outside its technical systems.

Third-Party Services

Payments or services facilitated through:

  • Banks
  • Payment gateways
  • External service providers

are governed by their respective terms and policies.
The platform is not responsible for delays, failures, or disputes arising from such services.
