To use this App, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Be a resident of India with a valid ID for KYC purposes.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Users must create an account with accurate personal and financial information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to promptly update your information if any changes occur.

4. Chit Fund Participation

Participation in chit funds is subject to terms outlined by the chit fund operator.

We provide a digital interface to manage, track, and receive updates related to chit fund participation.

Users must verify the legitimacy of chit fund groups before joining.

Returns from chit funds are not guaranteed and are subject to risk and market behavior.

5. Payments and Auctions

Payments made toward chit schemes must be timely and made through authorized channels only.

Auction schedules, participation rules, and dividend distribution will be managed per the chit group’s policy.

Late payments or failure to bid in auctions may result in penalties or loss of benefits.

The App does not handle cash transactions directly but facilitates digital tracking and reporting.

6. Use of the App

You agree not to use the App to:

Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity.

Misrepresent your identity or financial status.

Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Disrupt or overload the network or systems connected to the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with payment gateways, communication tools, analytics platforms, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance or data practices.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Circle, its directors, employees, and partners from any losses, claims, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or governmental actions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil nadu, India.
